设备介绍 Equipment introduction
• 上下高温胶带进料，铜片载座叠片进料，加热定位在高温胶带下带上，覆盖上带，加热上带粘贴，切除长约500mm的长条。
Upper and lower high temperature tape feeding ,copper sheet carrier lamination feeding ,heating positioning under the high temperature tape ,covering the belt.
• 胶带为加热后才有粘力，比手工快捷、无气泡、提高质量。
The tape has a sticky force after heating ,which is faster than manual , no bubble , and improves the quality.
• 更换载座和压头可共用类似产品。
Replacement of the carrier and the indenter can share similar products.
